Our journey begins on the winding roads of Colombia’s coffee heartland. We travel from farm to farm, knocking on doors, sharing stories, and tasting coffee with the people who make it all possible.
There are no third parties, just us and the producers. We meet them face-to-face, walk their fields, breathe in the aroma of freshly dried beans, and listen to the stories written in their harvests. Every connection we build is rooted in trust, laughter, and shared passion.

From these personal relationships come the coffees we’re proud of to serve, beans that reflect their land, their growers, and their spirit. Once in Calgary, we roast each lot with precision and care, ensuring that every cup captures the essence of where it was born.
